De Ki Publishing Limited Company has adopted certain publishing principles since the beginning of its activities. These principles are as follows:

*Respect for the ‘property right over the work’ which is a leading individual right

*Fulfilling all obligations toward the author, owner, translator or their heirs or other relevant right owners as a respect for their rights

*Basing all the relation with the author, translator, or their heirs or other relevant right owners upon publishing/copyright contracts signed by both parts with the authorisation to sign.

* In contracts, the following article will be present: ‘the serial number of the book labels [each label has a unique serial number] taken from the Ministry of culture will be stated  from the first number to the last one  in the back cover and on the page giving information about the technical  details of the book’. This will ensure for the right owners and readers that the book is printed in accordance with the conditions of the agreement and demonstrate the transparency of our activities and will make inspections by Ministry of Culture or other institutions easier.

*Informing the writer, translator or other right owner about the number of books remaining in stock starting from the moment the book gone on sale.

* Paying the necessary royalties to the right owners in due time as stated in the contract and taking utmost care to fulfil its obligations in this respect.

*Not publishing any books the expenses of which is paid by the writer

*Exercising caution in order that the books published do not contain any inhuman expressions and attitudes such as insult to an individual or community, despising, threat, discrimination, and violence.

* In the selection of the books to be published, contributing to free and intellectual development of humans is our basic criterion along with respect for all rights and freedoms.
