OUR PRINCIPLES
OF PUBLICATION
De Ki Publishing Limited Company
is a legal commercial establishment founded in Ankara-TURKEY in order to carry
out activities in printing and publishing sector. Our activities started at the
address Karanfil Sokak No: 43/5 Kızılay/ANKARA and we moved to our new address on
September, 1st, 2007. Our new address
is Selanik Caddesi, No: 39/18,
Kızılay/ANKARA.

Company has adopted certain publishing principles since the beginning of its
activities. These principles are as follows:
*Respect for the ‘property right over the work’ which
is a leading individual right
*Fulfilling all obligations toward the author, owner, translator
or their heirs or other relevant right owners as a respect for their rights
*Basing all the relation with the author, translator,
or their heirs or other relevant right owners upon publishing/copyright
contracts signed by both parts with the authorisation
to sign.
* In contracts, the following article will be present:
‘the serial number of the book labels
[each label has a unique serial number] taken from the Ministry of culture will be
stated from the first number to the last
one in the back cover and on the page
giving information about the technical
details of the book’. This will ensure for the right owners and
readers that the book is printed in accordance with the conditions of the
agreement and demonstrate the transparency of our activities and will make
inspections by Ministry of Culture or other institutions easier.
*Informing the writer, translator or other right owner
about the number of books remaining in stock starting from the moment the book gone
on sale.
* Paying the necessary royalties to the right owners
in due time as stated in the contract and taking utmost care to fulfil its obligations in this respect.
*Not publishing any books the expenses of which is
paid by the writer
*Exercising caution in order that the books published
do not contain any inhuman expressions and attitudes such as insult to an
individual or community, despising, threat, discrimination, and violence.
* In the selection of the books to be published, contributing
to free and intellectual development of humans is our basic criterion along
with respect for all rights and freedoms.
